The Schild name has a long history in the Barossa, dating back to 1952 when Ben Schild purchased the Three Springs Farm property in Rowland Flat and settled with his family. 2011 BAROSSA ADELAIDE HILLS SEMILLON SAUVIGNON BLANC
Picked and fermented separately, before being blended together immediately prior to bottling, this wine combines the depth of flavour and mouth feel of premium Barossa Semillon (51%) with the freshness and vibrancy of cool climate Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc (49%). The resulting wine is one of freshness and approachability whilst still retaining the varietal nuances of each its components.

Fresh cut grass and warm tropical fruits.
PALATE:
Hints of tropical fruits, provide fresh vibrant primary fruit characters. The presence of well balanced acidity ensures a clean, fresh finish.
