Barossa Butchers Platter
An assortment of locally smoked Barossa meats, served with Zimmys Beetroot Relish, a wedge of Maggie Beer’s Pheasant Farm pate, and a selection of cheeses from the Barossa Valley Cheese Company. This is all served next to a delicious selection of antipasto ingredients including marinated mushrooms, roasted capsicum, semi dried tomatoes, stuffed olives, Zimmys traditional dill cucumbers and pickled onions, all served with seasonal salad and a side plate of locally made Apex Bakery breads and wafers.
