2010 Three Springs (Moscato Style)

2010 Barossa Semillon/Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

This wine combines the depth of flavour and mouth feel of premium Barossa Semillon (60%) with the freshness and vibrancy of cool climate Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc (40%). The resulting wine in one of freshness and
approachability whilst still retaining the varietal nuances of each its components.

2010 Barossa Frontignac

Sourced from low yielding vines located in the hills on the eastern edge of the Barossa Valley, the 2010 Schild Estate Barossa Chardonnay demonstrates what can be achieved with this variety by using fruit harvested from carefully selected parcels from the cooler portions of the Barossa.
